Who we are
Stratify Systems (“we”, “us”) is an Australian consultancy operated by Brady Nicholson. We take privacy seriously and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Contact: admin@stratify-systems.com.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, business name, phone number (optional), and your answers about your business situation. We also record the page you arrived on, referrer and campaign parameters so we know how you found us, plus the date and version of this policy you consented under.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare recommendations, and — if you engage us — deliver services. We do not sell personal information, share it with data brokers, or add you to marketing lists without separate, explicit consent.
AI assistant
Our website chat assistant is an AI. Conversations may be processed by a third-party AI provider to generate responses; we ask you not to share sensitive personal information in chat, and the assistant is instructed not to request it. Chat content is not used to build marketing profiles. Formal enquiries and personal details are handled through the enquiry form, which requires your explicit consent.
Analytics and cookies
We only run non-essential analytics with your consent. Where analytics are enabled, we measure page views and anonymous interaction events to improve the site — never to identify you personally. You can decline without losing any functionality.
Storage and security
Enquiry data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. We retain enquiry records only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing admin@stratify-systems.com. If you have a privacy concern we can't resolve, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Changes
We will update this page and its version identifier if our practices change. Material changes will be noted here with a new effective date.
